Mount Kailash Resort Pokhara, Pokhara

I had a rough experience during my stay here, mainly due to poor service and uncomfortable room conditions. The staff seemed untrained and didn't address issues like the Wi-Fi and laundry on time. The location near the tourist area is a plus, and the gardens are beautiful, but the restrictions at the pool were frustrating. I can't recommend this hotel based on my experience and would suggest looking elsewhere for a more satisfying stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, right by the beautiful lake with stunning views of the Annapurna range. The clean and warm rooms provided a great retreat after my outdoor adventures.
